WaveBend Solutions, LLC Acquires NuBridge Consulting Group, Inc.

WaveBend to leverage NuBridge Consulting's Web-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) focus on linking customer and channel-based relationships with e-business efforts.

CHICAGO IL — May 08, 2000 — WaveBend Solutions, LLC today announced their acquisition of NuBridge Consulting Group, Inc.

Formerly the Business and Technology Solutions practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, WaveBend delivers single-source solutions, designed to link overall business strategy with complex infrastructure and process requirements, to high-growth organizations. NuBridge Consulting was a Boston-based provider of e-business and Web-enabled CRM solutions for the high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and utilities industries.
