Financial Service Corp. Selects WaveBend Solutions LLC to Develop Web Portal Solution

WaveBend to build and deploy a customized solution for one of nation's leading financial services organizations and to utilize the Internet to better manage client needs and monitor field organization compliance.

Atlanta, GA - March 13, 2000 — WaveBend Solutions LLC, a single-source company delivering dynamic and sustainable business and infrastructure e-solutions to growth-oriented organizations, today announced that Financial Service Corporation (FSC), a subsidiary of Sun America, an American International Group company (NYSE: AIG), has tapped WaveBend to convert their Onyx Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application into a Web Portal Solution. This Portal will be designed to enable FSC to supply their field organization with easy-to-use centralized information to increase productivity and decrease time spent on compliance.
