WaveBend Solutions LLC Expands Onyx Software Relationship Through Emerging ASPiN Program

WaveBend Solutions expands web-enabled customer relationship management (CRM) solution offering by joining the Onyx Application Service Provider Network (ASPiN) - a global hosting initiative

CHICAGO IL — February 16, 2000 — WaveBend Solutions LLC, an e-business solutions provider and formerly the Business and Technology Solutions consulting practice of BDO Seidman, LLP, today announced it has joined Onyx Software's (NASDAQ: ONXS) ASPiN program. As part of the agreement, WaveBend will implement the full-suite of hosted Onyx product offerings for organizations seeking a secure, flexible and scalable environment throughout the enterprise. The relationship will also allow WaveBend to integrate the full suite of ASPiN CRM-based solutions — which can now be externally supported and managed which will help organizations realize a more rapid delivery of applications, lower IT operating costs, reduce risk, increase reliability and lower their overall total-cost-of-ownership.
