Background
WaveBend Solutions, LLC, formerly the Business and Technology Solutions consulting practice of BDO Seidman, was founded in 1995 and established as a separate legal entity this year. WaveBend focuses on providing dynamic and scalable e-solutions to fast-growing businesses, middle-market organizations and divisions of Fortune 1000 companies.

With more than 230 skilled professionals, WaveBend provides deep technology skills and broad business expertise principally in the manufacturing, financial services, retailing, and high-tech industries. Although now a separate entity, WaveBend will continue to deliver services to BDO Seidmen clients and will continue to have access to BDO International consulting practices, which will enable it to deliver global solutions to its clients.

Headquartered in Chicago, WaveBend serves clients through 11 major metropolitan offices.
